Cumulatively for the first 11 months of 2023, a remarkable 146,156 Vietnamese workers (50,561 female workers) have explored opportunities overseas, surpassing the 2023 plan by 121.8% (the initial plan was 110,000 – 120,000 workers). The breakdown for key markets during this period is as follows:
